Well, today the snow kept me away from the hospital. Although I really wanted to be there, it probably turned out for the best. I had to take Aubrey to the doctor, she's got a bad cough and fever, and she has an ear infection. So, Aubrey and I spent the day together, curled up on the couch.
Ryan's white count was at 400 today and there are more neutrophils so he's making white cells, they just need to grow! We hopefully will get to bring him home Thursday or Friday.
I called his this afternoon and woke him up from a nap, otherwise, I think he had an ok day.
MVCTC will be sponsoring a spaghetti dinner for Ryan's benefit on Saturday, March 6. Tickets are $5.00. I have tickets if anyone is interested in purchasing them.

Oh April! I had no idea that you and Ryan were dealing with all this. You sent me the ever so cute picture of Aubrey with tomatoes on her shirt last summer and said nothing. I do wish you would have said something!
ReplyDeleteI was actually thinking of you both today (before I stumbled across your blog) while I was shoveling the drive way. I was remembering when we had open house and Robert came to visit and you asked Ryan why he didn't come. I remember Ryan telling me about it later at the Christmas party and how he was hoping I got an engagement ring for Christmas that year. Well please tell him that I did get that present just three years later:)
You both are such wonderful people and from what I have read thus far, are so strong. You are in my thoughts and prayers. If there is anything I can do, please let me know.
